Irene Langley has over 30 years of healthcare finance-related experience serving both the payer and provider settings. Ms. Langley's experience includes service as a leading Provider Representative for Blue Cross, and in various senior management positions for regional ambulatory care providers and major hospital systems. She achieved national recognition for obtaining the highest score on the Certified Patient Accounting Manager Certification administered by the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. Irene formed Langley Provider Group, now apart of the Bolder Healthcare Solutions family, in 1997. She has served leading national providers including MedStar Health, Johns Hopkins Health System, and the Veterans Health Administration.
Ryan W. McCuskey serves as an Executive Vice President with Langley, specializing in organizational transformation and program management for hospital and healthcare entities. Ryan is responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, and overall leadership of its public sector and federal services. Ryan has more than 14 years of healthcare leadership experience in hospital administration, regulatory affairs, and healthcare consulting.
Prior to joining Langley, he served in roles including Chief Projects Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Business Officer within public and not-for-profit hospitals and health systems throughout the U.S., including extensive experience with Veterans Health Administration.
Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, a Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University College of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marshall University.
Mr. McCuskey is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and the and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Ryan is also a member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association and the Marshall University Alumni Association.
Ryan works to advise and partner with clients in the healthcare and government industries to create strategic visions and long-term operational solutions.
Mary Beth Genovese serves as an Executive Director and National Leader for Health Information Management Services at Langley, and is responsible for clinical documentation improvement and audit services.
Mary Beth has over 37 years of nursing experience, with over 10 years of specific experience in clinical documentation improvement. She maintains certifications including: Certified Coding Specialist – CCS, Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist – CCDS, Clinical Documentation Improvement Professoinal (CDIP), AHIMA Certified ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and is a member of AHIMA, AAPC, and ACDIS.
Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from University of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland, and a Diploma of Nursing from Saint Joseph Hospital School of Nursing.
